Psychoeducational workshops are a great way to bring like-minded people together to engage in intensive discussions on particular topics. This enhances understanding and brings about awareness. Some of the workshops offered are Understanding and recognising Domestic and Family violence, Self- care, Dealing with Anxiety and Positive self- image; to name a few.
